4 year olds and no story= pain for DM's
Well, after you all left tonight, I got to put up with a crying child, I guess we might have been alittle loud, I think personally she was awake because I didn't read her a story before bed, like I usually do. So next week, we will just have to try and be alittle quieter and I will make sure to read her a story at 7:30, it takes 5-10 min and it makes her happy. If for some reason this doesn't take care of it ( it should, as we have never had this problem with my iron heroes or mechwarrior) if not, once it gets warmer outside, we can move to the garage. Its finished off and insulated, with heat, but I don't want to pull my mustang out until its nice and warm out. Yes, I am a bit silly with the car, but its mine. Anyway, I think the session went well, we learned stuff, like more pizza will be needed, house rules and such, so I am looking forward to the real thing next week.

We'll have to try and be quieter, it doesn't seem like D&D if it's not played in a basement. No offense to your garage.
Looking forward to next week.
my garage is nice, its got a sterio, computer, and such, we used to have poker night out there alot. But I think we will be ok in the basement, as long as I just take a 10 min break and read her a story before bed, and maybe just keep it down alittle. I thought about moving D&D into the other room, but thats my theater room, and I have it all wired up.
Gunnar not sure how quietk he can keep. Sometimes vhile destroying the enemy he gek a little carried avay. Perhaps 20 liters of cola can keep him quietker.
Seriously if its not warm/nice enough to pull your baby outside. We could always play at my casa. I'm sure you want to keep your game at your house. But the offer is there if you want.
its not that, its the salt, I won't pull it out until the roads are with out a doubt salt free and remain that way. Game at my place, we just have to be alittle quieter and I have to make sure to read to her before she goes to bed, its no big deal, if it becomes a problem, the garage is fine, good enough for plenty of poker nights in the winter, plenty good for D&D in the spring. Ty for offering Ryan's place, but I don't want to travel with all my stuff and the battlegrid if I don't have too
